Are you looking to leverage your college curriculum and apply your skills to fast-paced, diverse projects? We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern to support various responsibilities including lead generation, digital marketing and sales development. This internship qualifies for a school credit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and industry research
  • Collect and report on marketing analytics data through Google Analytics, etc.
  • Perform regular data entry and clean up in our CRM system
  • Assist with SEO projects to improve company visibility online
  • Assist with all social media platforms, event updates and PR Feeds
  • Assist Sales team with administrative support, cold-calling, lead generation and appointment setting
  • Exercise ruthless organization skills to stay on top of competing priorities
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing functions to identify optimizations and improvements – we want to hear your ideas!
  • Other operational tasks as needed

Schedule:

  • Must report for work at Aeronux HQ or one of designated offices.
  • Interns must be able work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, and after hours on-call depending on business needs.
  • Must be willing to carry a mobile phone or other similar communications and be accessible 24/7 as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Undergraduate students working towards a Bachelor's degree in their junior or senior year of study.
  • Sales or Marketing majors preferred
  • Ability to work 20 – 40 hours a week
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Experience in sales or client service environment preferred
  • Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
  • Valid driving license and passport
  • Willing to be scheduled as an after-hours on-call person in rotation with other personnel to include weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrate customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, excellent phone demeanor, with ability to set priorities. Not afraid to be on the phone all day.
  • Must possess effective communication, organization, presentation, and administrative skills.
  • Must have an energetic, friendly, well groomed, professional and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multi-task, collect and analyze data, define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to generate/write reports and business correspondence.
  • Punctual, regular and consistent attendance is a must.
  • Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and professional outlook is a must
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
