When you join Aeronux Airways as a Trainee Broker, you will start your exciting career with a senior broker assigned as your mentor. During your first 12 months with us you will work closely with your mentor learning on the job, as well as undertaking our best-in-class training program. During this time you will go out on flight reps, seeing first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off without a hitch. You’ll also learn everything from how to build a sales list, to which planes can carry which amount of passengers and how to administer a charter flight.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a portfolio of clients, identifying new clients through cold calling, networking and managing online enquiries
  • Ability to demonstrate an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
  • Building long term beneficial relationships with both clients and supplier • Managing executive charter bookings from enquiry to completion
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
  • Travel and the opportunity to fly on charter aircraft

Schedule:

  • Must report for work at Aeronux HQ or one of designated offices.
  • Trainee Broker Associates must be able work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, and after hours on-call depending on business needs.
  • Must be willing to carry a mobile phone or other similar communications and be accessible 24/7 as needed.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience within the aviation industry
  • Experience with sales and high net-worth Individuals a plus
  • Degree(s) in aviation management, marketing, or sales a plus
  • Ability to speak a second language (preferably Spanish) a plus
  • Knowledge of various aircraft/performance/specs preferred
